Return Policy for Online Orders

If you've changed your mind, no worries! You can return your unworn, unwashed, and unaltered items within 10 days for Canadian orders or 15 days for U.S. orders to receive a full refund.

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@jolienisa.com with your order number and the reason for your return.

  2. Return Instructions: After receiving your request, we will provide you with return instructions.

  3. Return Items: Please return the items to us within 3 business days of receiving our response. Be sure the items are unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.

  4. Refund: Once we receive the returned items, your refund will be processed using the same payment method as your original purchase. Refunds will take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your statement.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping fees.

  • Please ensure you get a tracking number for the return, as we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Important: Items returned without prior approval or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

Exclusions:

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Hijabs

  • Accessories

  • Socks, leggings, and hosiery (if individually wrapped)

  • Undergarments

  • Earrings

Returns by Mail in Canada:

  1. Invoice: Include a copy of your original invoice, circling the item(s) you're returning.

  2. Reason for Return: Mark the reason for the return (e.g., too big, not as expected, etc.).

  3. Packaging: Carefully pack the items, including the updated invoice.

  4. Shipping: Attach the pre-paid shipping label and mail the return package via Canada Post to the provided address.

Once your return reaches our Distribution Center, please allow up to 10 business days for processing. Refunds will appear on your credit card within 1-2 billing cycles.

How to Return a U.S. Order:

Follow the same process as for Canadian returns, but please remember that U.S. returns must be completed within 15 days of purchase.

Refund Timelines:

Refunds can take up to 2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement. Online banking refunds may take up to 3 business days after the refund is issued.
